SHIPPING CHARGES
Prepaid Orders
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
A nominal ₹40 Cash on Delivery fee is charged on all COD orders.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
For most serviceable pin codes, delivery is completed within 7 working days.
However, delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

High order volumes
Courier partner delays

ORDER TRACKING

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed contact attempts, the courier partner may return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability, delivery timelines, and shipping charges may vary depending on the destination country and courier service availability.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
